Recurring Payments Agreement

This agreement explains how automatic subscription payments through mono work.

User consent

By enabling or paying for a subscription with recurring payments, the user authorizes automatic charges for the selected plan.

The amount, currency, and billing period are shown before payment and may depend on the selected subscription plan.

Recurring card payments are processed by mono. Card details are entered on the mono payment page and are not stored by Chat Laravel.

mono may request additional confirmation according to bank and payment system rules.

Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of the paid period.

If a recurring payment fails, access may be paused or limited until payment is completed.

The user can cancel future recurring charges in the account subscription section or by contacting support at info@joie.com.ua before the next charge.

Cancellation stops future automatic charges. It does not automatically refund already paid periods unless the refund policy applies.
