Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy describes cancellation of subscriptions, recurring payments, and possible refunds.
Cancellation
The user may cancel a subscription or future recurring payments before the next billing date.
After cancellation, access may remain active until the end of the already paid period unless otherwise agreed.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed through support at info@joie.com.ua. Please include the account email, payment date, amount, and reason.
Refunds may be approved for duplicate payments, technical inability to access the paid service, or other cases confirmed by support.
Non-refundable cases
Already used digital service periods may be non-refundable unless required by law or agreed separately.
A canceled subscription stops future charges but does not automatically return previous payments.
Payment return method
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when technically possible and according to mono and bank processing timelines.
If a payment dispute is opened through a bank or payment provider, access may be limited while the dispute is reviewed.
