Payment card data is processed by mono and is not stored by Chat Laravel.

Data is used to provide the chat widget, personalize AI answers, manage subscriptions, support users, and keep the service secure.

Website content is used only to build the knowledge base and improve answers for the configured chat.

We may use payment, hosting, email, analytics, and AI infrastructure providers where necessary to operate the service.

Payment operations are performed through mono according to its rules and security procedures.

The user may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data by contacting support at info@joie.com.ua.

Some records may be retained when required for accounting, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
